The physical necessities for modern warfare preclude sneaking up on anyone. The war has generated 100 billion dollars in aid from the USA alone. A lot of millionaires are being made off the war. It feels like Putin was given a greed light sometimes during the Trump years. We the people, of course, will never know. Wheels within wheels. Thanks for this.
