    Cuba probably was next on the self-styled “world savior,” but now Iran has distacted him since the Ayatollah and the IRGC are calling his poker bluff.

    Cuba, like Iran, Somalia, or Venezuela, is a failed state. Historically, while anything is possible, democracies rarely go to war against each other. If Cuba, Iran, and Venezuela can establish some form of lasting representative government, it would go a long way toward reducing potential hotspots around the globe.
