   I actually watched about half of it, not speaking the language! The topic sounds fascinating, and it is one not popular in the news, yet understanding it would facilitate understanding world events. I doubt you have time but English subtitles would be excellent. Regardless I applaud the work you are doing. Which is funny because geo-politics is so far away from my expertise, in a way a compliment to you for pulling me in.

      Ok, so in YouTube while playing the video pause it. On top there is a CC symbol. Press that & select English. Voila, you have an English translation. From my side subtitles are on.
