In the last one hundred years, over 500 million people have lost their lives due to infectious diseases. Millions of these deaths were due to the deliberate release of toxins, mainly by the Japanese during their invasions of China, during World War II. There have been two international treaties in the year 1925 and 1972, which prohibited biological weapons, but they have mostly lagged in stopping countries from performing offensive weapons research, and large-scale creation of biological weapons. And as human beings’ knowledge of the disease-causing agents, viruses, bacteria and toxins advances, it is rightful to be fearful, that altered pathogens could make up confounding agents for biological warfare.
How We Are Where We Are Today
On June 13, 2012, a sexagenarian Saudi man got admitted to a private hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He had a weeklong history of fever, cough, shortness of breath, and expectoration. He was a non-smoker and was not receiving any long-term medications.
This man was assigned to Egyptian virologist Dr. Ali Mohamed Zaki. He isolated the patient and extracted a previously unfamiliar coronavirus from his lungs. The virologist’s diagnostics failed to identify the causative agent. He reached out to Ron Fouchier for his advice. Ron Fauchier is a distinguished virologist at the Erasmus Medical Center (EMC) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This Coronavirus sample was later attained by Canada’s National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) in Winnipeg, directly from Fouchier. The NML is Canada’s only level-4 facility. This lab is equipped to handle the world’s deadliest diseases, which include Ebola, SARS, and Coronavirus, etc.
In the year 2019, the virus sample was reportedly stolen from the Canadian lab, by a group of a scientist of Chinese descent, working at NML. There are conflicting reports of the fate of Chinese scientists. Unconfirmed reports suggest that these scientists had despatched the stolen sample to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Hubei. At this institute experiments and alterations on the virus were conducted. There are many theories about, how the virus escaped from the level-4 lab in Wuhan, however, that is beyond the scope of this composition.
An unpublished paper authored by Indian scientists seems to augment the notion of alterations in the virus by inferring that the virus’s protein sequence included elements of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. The authors, for reasons unknown, voluntarily withdrew the paper, but the proposed linkage was caught by many netizens, including websites such as Zero Hedge, which were already claiming that the novel coronavirus was weaponized by Chinese scientists. An article by Gulfaraz Khan in the ‘Virology Journal’ echoed similar views. The article claimed that the virus had mutated. When it was first discovered in Saudi Arabia, it wasn’t getting transmitted from human to human. However, something changed in the virus in the intervening period. Thus, the Wuhan version is labeled as NCoV19 instead of simply NCoV. The latter is not contagious, while the former is spreading rapidly throughout the world as these words are written. In earlier reported coronavirus outbreaks, SARS in China in 2003, and MERS in Saudi Arabia in 2012, the virus was spreading from animals to people. However, mutated NCoV19 is spreading from human to human, making it the deadliest virus in modern times. Let us have a look at the types of Coronavirus.
Human Coronavirus Types
The name Coronaviruses comes from the crown-like spikes on the virus’s surface. Human coronaviruses are not a new finding but were first identified in the mid-60s. There are seven types of coronaviruses that can infect people. Most familiar names are:
- MERS-CoV (the beta coronavirus that causes Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, or MERS)
- SARS-CoV (the beta coronavirus that causes a severe acute respiratory syndrome, or SARS)
- SARS-CoV-2(the novel coronavirus that causes coronavirus disease 2019 or NCoV19)
The Bioweapon Roadmap
Though the world always looks at China with the lens of suspicion, there are over 17 countries, who are suspected of having biological weapons programs: Canada, China, Cuba, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Libya, North Korea, Russia, South Africa, Syria, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Some of the early examples of the use of bioweapons are:
- Tatar(Mongols) in the 14th century against the Crimean
- British Army in the 18th century against native Americans
- Germans during WWI against Allied Forces
The bioweapon hysteria caught the United States and Japan during WWII. Early bioweapons like anthrax, smallpox, plague, cholera, and tularemia were simple, but deadly viruses of their time. The rising stars of the world were striving for more. The United States started investing heavily in Biological Weapons during the Presidentship of Reagan, and the trend continued in the Bush Sr and Clinton era. The US vehemently denies the research work and the existence of stockpiles. However, it failed to explain the anthrax attacks on Congressmen, soon after 9/11. The investigations were never brought to any logical conclusion for the very obvious aporia. North Korea and Russia also supposedly have very advanced bioweapons program. Russian President Boris Yeltsin had, in fact, admitted that the Soviet Union had a biological weapons program, in violation of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. The later regimes continue to deny their existence.

China, a late entrant into the bioweapon world, in the 80s, was a quick learner. The intent was clearly seen in their resolve and talks. Gen. Chi Haotian was the Chinese Defense Minister from 1993-2003. In a secret speech, two decades ago, he addressed a high-level Communist Party cadres. He laid down the Chinese plans and requirements of Bioweapons in very clear terms. He started:
- China has an issue of land and living spaces.
- Chinese people should go out of the country and conquer lands in which a “New China” could be built by “colonization.
- The United States stands in China’s way, and it will never allow China to occupy other countries, to build New and larger China.
- Only large continents/countries like the United States, Canada, Australia, and Africa have vast lands to serve our need for mass colonization.
- Nuclear weapons would not solve our problems. The answers to our problems are biological weapons.
Today the United States, Russia, and China have their own ‘Biological Warfare Programs’, which are in a very advanced stage, encompassing research & development, production, and weaponization capabilities.
The Scary Present
Zhang Shibo is a retired Chinese general and former president of the National Defense University. He states, “Modern biotechnological development is gradually showing strong signs, and characteristic of an offensive capability,” including the possibility that “specific ethnic genetic attacks” could be employed. The PLA is proposing a military application for biology and pushing for its intersections with other disciplines, including brain science, supercomputing, and artificial intelligence. A similar feat has already been achieved by a team of scientists, at Tufts University, in the US. They have created xenobot, tiny robots made from frog skin and heart cells that can walk, work together and heal themselves.
If these breakthroughs fall in the hands of rogue nations or terrorists, then we are starting at a catastrophe. It is no wonder, that Professor Charles Lieber of Harvard University was arrested by the FBI on 28 Jan 2020. Lieber faces charges of trading knowledge with other countries for money and lying about it. In a very strange turn of events, Frank Plummer of National Microbiology Laboratory, Winnipeg, Canada, mysteriously died in suspicious circumstances in Kenya, on 4th Feb 2020. He was at the forefront of the research on Saudi SARS Coronavirus and was working on Coronavirus (HIV) vaccine.
Black Biology – A War of Ethics
Today, China stands neck to neck with the western world in terms of biotechnology. In 2016, an AMMS(Academy of Military Medical Sciences, China) doctoral researcher published a paper, “Research on the Evaluation of Human Performance Enhancement Technology,” which illustrated CRISPR-Cas(CRISPR-Cas is a genome-editing tool) as one of three primary technologies that might boost troops’ combat efficacy. The research looked at the potency of the drug ‘Modafinil’, which has applications in cognitive enhancement. ‘Cognitive Enhancement’ is Hacking the Brain and increasing its efficacy. He acknowledged that the CRISPR-Cas as a “military deterrence technology has great potential. In November 2018, Chinese scientist ‘He Jiankui’ of the Southern University of Science and Technology in Shenzhen, China, declared that he used the gene-editing technique CRISPR-Cas9 to create genetically modified human babies. He performed what he calls gene surgery to modify their genetics. Previously, CRISPR-Cas9 had never been used in altering the genome of embryos. CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing is an astronomical feat in the field of life sciences, as well as, a serious threat to world security in the wrong hands. The invention of CRISPR has made gene editing far easier. It’s deliberate or unintentional misuse might lead to far-reaching economic and national security implications. Experts are concerned that CRISPR could be used to make genetically engineered killer mosquitos, plagues that target and wipeout specific crops, and possibly even viruses that can snip people’s DNA.

Another likelihood of using CRISPR is, to modify diseases, in a way that they only target certain genes. For example, it might be possible that CRISPR can be designed to alter diseases to seek people out with certain genetics, like those with Down syndrome or autism. Further research might make it possible to use CRISPR to modify diseases to target a whole race by directing the disease on a certain genetic trait. In this way, any rouge nation could, hypothetically, build a disease that targets the Indians, and release it without worrying about it infecting its own people. This screams of a science-fiction movie plot, but it is no longer unimaginable. Using a gene-editing process a terrorist in Pakistan or a biologist in North Korea can fashion a microbe that mimics the transmissibility and lethality of smallpox, or any such deadly diseases, with technology ordered online for less than $200.
Future Tense
The low cost and easy access to genomic technologies make it feasible for such weapons to be deployed by almost any attacker. Even small alterations are sufficient to create hazardous effects: A single mutation was all it took to modify Zika from a moderately routine infection to a brain-damaging infection in infants. The reality is, that there would be no way of realizing, who initiated such an attack. Perpetrators could even manufacture, and discharge several deadly pathogens at the same time, hindering our ability to respond with widespread confusion.
Today the world is at crossroads. On the one hand, modern biology is so promising and curative, on the other it just may not be worth it. Humankind knows that the First World War was chemical; and the Second World War was nuclear. Is it ready for the Third World War, which in all likelihood would be – ‘Biological’?

Coronavirus is studied in a level three facility because it’s a level three pathogen. It’s no deadly enough to need a level four facility and it’s not deadly enough to use as a weapon. Unless you only want to kill old or sick people.
Yes, I understand what you are saying. But the Canadian lab mentioned in the article is a level 4 lab.
You are very correct in stating that coronavirus is not as deadly as many other pathogens, but the point here is that till now none of the coronaviruses were spreading from human to human. NCoV19 is the mutated one, and spreading from human to human, making itself easily communicable, all over the world. This also brings us to a question, of what many people are asking on my blog: ”why did the virus spread to only two regions of China, despite delays and denials, whereas it has spread to the remotest corners of the world, without discrimination”. I have no answer to that, do you?
Weaponization theory is for future pathogens, till now there is no indication if NCoV19 was weaponized or it’s an experiment gone awry.

You’re right. China is not open at all about information…period. And the thought of China trying to take over other countries is a threat to all of us. However, some of those countries would fight like the devil. To try and take over someone else’s homeland is evil and it’s natives are willing to die to save their home.

You are so correct on that. Many universities indoctrinate our children with a bunch of hogwash that does no good for them once they get into real life. Although I’m a college grad, I went to college years ago when the indoctrination wasn’t near as strong. Now, many colleges, even public high schools are phasing out the subject of History and you have to wonder what’s behind that. If we don’t learn our history, we are bound to repeat the mistakes of the past.
Universities are receiving millions of dollars as aid to run various programs and activities on behalf of these foreign institutions and governments. I was aghast to learn that Henery Kissinger, the all-powerful, world-famous, Secretary of State to Nixon government was a stooge of the Chinese government. This duo propped up the Chinses to where they are. So who to believe, politicians, college professors or none.

After this pandemic, the world has learned one very important lesson that over-dependence on China is a very scary proposition. The economists keep pontificating, not to keep all eggs in one basket, but they were just preaching, and not practicing.

One of the senators, Marsha Blackburn, from my state, Tennessee, is working on a bill to drop China from making any more of our pharmaceuticals! When she’s finishing drafting it, she’s going to push hard for it to go through and I believe our president will sign it.
China has been manufacturing much of our medicine’s and when they threatening to withhold the malaria drug that’s so promising for COVID-19 patients because they got offended that some of our media was calling it the “Chinese virus”, that was the last draw. We were already angry that they had kept the disease hidden but now they threaten to put our lives in jeopardy over a percieved insult?
Years ago, our govt. made a huge mistake in allowing many of our pharma companies to move to China and we’re paying for it now.
So, Senator Blackburn and several others are working like crazy to rectify that mistake.
By the way, I’m in the US and we are being bombarded with false news and misinformation. It’s really scary because you have to wonder what evil is behind it all.

You made an interesting point in an earlier comment about the videos we’re seeing from China. How is it we’re able to see these “dissident” videos? I thought nothing got by the Chinese government?
That is correct, that was exactly my point too. If you have read my earlier article ”Chinese Information Warfare”, you would have realized, that not a single internet chatter goes unnoticed by the regime. So, those leaked videos were part of a larger propaganda plan.
Hypothetically speaking, the possibilities under Black Biotechnology as a low cost instrument of war are ominously infinite. Especially with so many non state actors proxy-ing for certain nation states.

Interesting article, though. Just playing Devil’s advocate, my husband loves to quote World War Z (I know, such deep and qualified research) “Nature is a serial killer.”
If the Black Plague had come out today and been wiping everyone out, no doubt we’d be saying it “came out of a lab,” but obviously, that’s impossible. It was just nature. And most viruses seem to come out of China due to the overpopulation combined with close quarters to live animals.
But how big a secret is this if it’s true? The biggest secret ever–and thank God our “Prez” hasn’t gotten wind of this, evidently, ’cause with his big, fat mouth the first thing he’d be screaming would be “This is a hoax! The virus is real but it was created in a lab to bring down the economy so that I don’t get re-elected!’

Funny–they were actually talking about this on the news today. One take is that Chinese researchers were studying the virus which had been rising up in the population there and it got out accidentally–an unintentional leak from the lab. At least that’s much less disturbing a scenario than intentionally setting something like that loose into the world, but…we shall see, I suppose.

The wet market in Hunan is running for ages. They have been eating bats for centuries. So from this virus has come now?
From my reading and understanding, there is no proof that it came from the bats. It’s just one theory among many. In fact, I’ve even read that, yes, it could be man-made but more by accident than on purpose, which is what many want to believe.

You just said it. Yes, it has not been released intentionally, but then it was weaponized in the lab, you agree? There are reports that the Wuhan Virology Lab scientists or workers sold infected animals to the wet market, for a petty monitory gain.
No, I don’t agree that it was weaponized, although I will agree it’s possible as there are many people on this planet who have evil intentions for their own gain. And that’s all I’m going to say.

This post is well written and informative. I know you must have spent a lot of time to write this and I note that you included some references at the conclusion. What I think would improve your post is if the references were less general such as CNN because that forces the reader to search and I don’t know which fact or facts you found in CNN. I suggest more footnoting specific facts, so the reader is able to quickly access and verify the fact in your post. This is an intelligence report based on the number of mobile phones and landlines been deactivated in Wuhan. So even if this number is wrong by 90%, then also the numbers stand at 200,000 deaths. This shows that the Chinese government has deliberately suppressed the numbers, and we will never come to know the reality.

2019年10月30日上午襄阳市委组织部胡姓工作人员明确告知，德不配位的袁乃义好日子到头了！我们襄阳市委组织部要求老河口组织部乃义部长按干部管理权限、依法逐级走访和依法分类处理信访诉求工作规则、若你的“级别认定”诉求既有事实依据又有政策法律依据应予以支持，及时确定你的“级别认定”信访诉求究竟是“副科”？还是“正科”？！若不支持你的“级别认定”诉求即不能“认定级别”，阐明究竟是属于缺乏事实依据，还是缺乏法律、政策依据，还是既缺乏事实依据又缺乏法律、政策依据这三种情况之中的哪一种？出具《“级别认定”信访事项处理意见书》即可，如此简单的问题，可外表嚣张经常牵着老河口市委书记张学林、市长王燮耀、政法委书记王岩和纪委书记黄光强鼻子走、德不配位、内里虚弱的袁乃义这个“搅屎棍”本应低调一些，却偏要喜欢“没事找事”作死、刷存在感而违反常识和鄂信发〔2017〕26号文件规定的格式和要素，公开顶风违纪违法、推诿扯皮就不履行“认定级别”职责、拒绝向信访人出具《“级别认定”信访事项调查处理意见书》故意闹事惹人注目，乃义部长擅权妄为严重破坏了襄阳的政治生态“作死”到人尽皆知，报告给我们襄阳市委组织部的材料，根本曝不得光，经不住查，我们襄阳市委组织部胡勇部长再三暗示任何人包括云媒体记者不得提有关召开市级公开听证会的事宜！老河口、襄阳“东厂”锦衣卫与我们组织部是通的，毕竟组织部有考核他们领导的权力。我们当即指出乃义部长的错误认识，老河口、襄阳纪委监委怎么能类比成明朝“东厂”锦衣卫？！况且，2019年5月22日，襄阳市纪委义斌书记在老河口强调：要对巡视巡查移交的问题，及时整改到位，迅速抓好落实。同年同月28日老河口市委学林书记强调：要学会换位思考，对群众反映的正常诉求，能尽快解决的要尽快解决和及时兑现……绝不能含糊其辞，更不能推诿扯皮。坚信老河口、襄阳纪委监委在处理检举控告，纪检监察机关及其工作人员不会私自留存涉及纪律审查方面的资料；不至于纪法意识淡漠，毫无敬畏之心“上下一般粗”任性地答复为“您反映问题的电子邮件本网站已收到”后管党治党不力，严重失职失责长期不“反馈”处理结果！更离谱的是，国信局给出《信访工作责任制实施办法》追责问责典型案例剖析（二）、（五）等指导意见；省纪委“一案三反馈” (即对信访举报及时进行受理反馈、办理反馈和结果反馈)破解信访梗阻深得民心。针对老河口市委组织部袁乃义、省高院司法败类的拙劣表演充分暴露出其不可告人的险恶用心和故意破坏湖北政治生态的政治企图。如若老河口、襄阳纪委监委仍有人侵犯群众知情权，“热衷于站队进圈”，大搞“政治攀附”丢弃、隐匿信访材料损害群众利益而不能幡然醒悟，势必玩火自焚！鉴于老河口市委组织部袁乃义不依法依规出具《“级别认定”信访事项调查处理意见书》并订立攻守同盟；公然采用“萝卜招聘”手段，违反组织人事纪律，将女儿袁杨招聘到老河口市财政局工作一事被举报后怀恨在心，办理信访事项推诿、敷衍、拖延、渎职、失职，弄虚作假，打击报复信访人并拒绝进行市级公开听证，公然对抗组织审查。故对与信访事项有直接利害关系的袁乃义提出回避请求，再次依法申请襄阳市委组织部和国保支队公开听证。
我们襄阳市委组织部和国保支队要感谢陈国英的诚实和勇敢！反映问题被当捅娄子的目击证人陈国英到底动了谁的奶酪？时任省纪委书记宋育英敏锐地发现：擅长随意拿捏“勾兑”的省高院司法败类虚构鉴定事实，捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论的司马昭之心，遮不了世人的眼睛！也彻底把案件搅浑的湖北省高级法院一小撮司法败类在以鄂法（83）刑二申字第24号“半夜鸡叫”式“坑官”的通知是如何出炉的？这有何深意？喜欢带节奏的省高院司法败类缺乏政治站位一边为故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号原始发票的犯罪分子撑腰打气打掩护，一边歪曲事实制造对立的“湖北省高级法院一小撮司法败类合伙故意帮助故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号原始发票的犯罪分子逃避法律处罚”案。所以这里面就有个疑问，因此把这个“专门鉴定属实”的讯息放出来，可能就是为了抵销公安和检察院紧盯“故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号发票证据”这个目标。罔顾事实真相，执意给“故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号发票证据”的犯罪分子撑腰打气一颗定心丸。以便给“故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号发票证据”案系上死结。果不其然，拥有省高院司法败类“官方背书”后，犯罪嫌疑人杨元庆也不承认故意毁灭0087048号原始发票证据的事实，以“因工作不慎遗失发票一张”来搪塞是必然的，也是高调的！喜欢带节奏的省高院司法败类“虚构鉴定事实、捏造鉴定结论”事件，为何会假得如此低级和离谱呢？而湖北媒体、公安、检察机关和纪检监察部门，又为啥连这么一个最基本的问题，都没看出来呢？带着疑问，省纪委育英书记对指认杨元庆故意毁灭0087048号发票证据的目击证人陈国英进行了调查取证。魔幻的是，襄阳公安和检察院不愿意拓宽问题线索来源渠道却采用了最糟糕的方式。当面对举报的不同意见时，率先想的是为冤假错案“捂盖子”，把问题扼杀在萌芽之中故意不去调查犯罪嫌疑人杨元庆，反而围着陈国英为何捅“专门鉴定属实”马蜂窝反复调查，致使证人陈国英很快死亡、线索及时掐断，让人费解，但捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论特别是鉴定法律文书文号依然是“不能说的秘密”。然而，襄阳公安和检察院相关人员可能没有想过，盖子即便捂上了，问题还是没有解决。毕竟，解决问题是关键，何必去解决提出问题的人？！而且万一没捂好，就会像目前一样，把自己架在舆情的大火上烤。建议湖北三级法院方陪同杨元庆前去公安机关配合投诉调查，并恳请嫌疑人杨元庆、省高院扬言“专门鉴定属实”的事主和其他能提供资料的人提供证据，《刑事诉讼法》第六十条规定：“凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。”提供真实的证词，是公民的义务。尽快让警方寻找出真相，况且，襄阳警方表示，将以非常认真和高敏感性的态度处理故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”案，公平公正调查后向媒体和公众公开核查结果！可惜的是，老河口公安“此事非公安事由，公安机关不予受理”在公通字【2017】6号文件第四十三条规定下的抹案企图终究没能如愿却大有玄机！假如紧盯不放、不破不休的襄阳警方从来没有放弃，此案在继续侦办中且经公安、检察机关前期侦查及近期补充侦查，涉事地点明确，涉事人物清晰，为何迟迟调查不清楚？这么长时间，是在调查事件，还是谋划公关对策？省委超良书记、瑞连部长、襄阳市委乐成书记和胡勇部长都知道：冤案始作俑者杨元庆当时的作案手法与省高院司法败类虚构鉴定事实，捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论却不拿出“专门鉴定属实”法律文书的此案极其相似。公众在追问，有关部门不能不察。省高院司法败类必须回答：“那你有没有‘专门鉴定属实’法律文书？还是将其甩锅给警察毁灭了你的‘专门鉴定属实’法律文书？”还是警察愿意冒着极大的法律和舆论风险指导你毁灭了你的“专门鉴定属实”法律文书？回首《毛泽东年谱》第四卷第78页有关毛泽东同时任湖北省委第一书记王任重谈话。毛泽东说：“不向我反映情况，我才最累。你把湖北的真实情况告诉我，我就不累了。”巧合的是，中共中央办公厅作为中央的综合部门，是重要政治机关不愿意两次掉进了同一条河流陷入“政令出不了中南海”的怪圈。深感：司法是人心的风向标，怎么判就会导致怎么干，被省高院司法败类吹上天的“专门鉴定属实”水到底有多深？公安、检察、法院和纪委不会不知。知而不弃，这其中道理何在呢？为何“顶风而上”有错不改背后到底是什么原因？“省高院‘虚构鉴定事实，捏造鉴定结论’的水”有多深，其实并不是最难的问题，更要追问管理者有没有尽到应有的担当。湖北省高院“专门鉴定属实”后据以定罪量刑的0087048号原始发票丢失、扬言“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论的法律文书丢失，法律文书及文号成了一场“乌龙”等问题既然已经发生，及时纠正和治理才是迫在眉睫的事。“省高院‘虚构鉴定事实，捏造鉴定结论’是表象，不讲政治是根本。”所以，将日理万机的时任国家主席的胡锦涛收到你父亲的《刑事申诉状》和《举报信》后，在考察途中由中共中央办公厅从江西发函到老河口市政府并要求报告调查处理结果。更离谱的是，当时任老河口市委常委相关人员领导不力，政治站位不高缺乏政治担当和斗争精神，不敢动真碰硬，姑息纵容，政治意识、法治意识严重缺失、责任意识淡薄咬紧牙关就是不提0087048发票究竟是故意隐匿还是故意毁灭？政府相关人员“搔不着痒处”对党中央决策部署理解不深不透，中央办公厅的明确要求选择性执行，对党不忠诚、不老实毫无大局观念，本应对蓄意预谋隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据，主观恶性极深的事件彻查后如实上报中央办公厅，却违背我们党的宗旨，更严重影响党的形象，损害群众对党的信任与拥护故意以“徐祥生，‘查无此人’”代替对案件事实真相调查核实进行搪塞！结果是乱了规则，也寒了人心，给中央办公厅和中央纪委都上了一课。坏人不可怕，因为法网恢恢疏而不漏；恶人不可怕，因为天理昭昭正义必胜；但知法懂法不守法、有反侦察能力、身披“合法外衣”的黑恶势力之徒真的可怕，他会穷尽一切手段，动用一切关系，经常纠集他人，有预谋、有组织、有章法的实施违法犯罪活动，既难预防，也难一网打尽。省国保总队和襄阳国保支队就发现了更为棘手的问题：故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票” 甚嚣尘上舆情沸腾得像一口烧滚了的油锅。正当湖北省高院极个别司法败类莫不以为非作歹、以搞司法“勾兑”为能事最后鼓包露馅被揭穿后而坐立不安时，省高院有些人果然坐不住了。2019年7月31日省法院党组书记、院长游劝荣表态，千万不要低估全省法院系统工作和干部队伍中存在的突出问题及其严重性，千万不要低估从严治党……为这口油锅扔进了一粒火星。但事实却一次次证明，搞“帮助故意隐匿或毁灭‘据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票’证据的犯罪分子逃避法律处罚案”是条不折不扣的不归路。殊不知，自作孽不可活，天网恢恢疏而不漏，等待这些司法败类的必将是法律之剑。果然该来的，始终还是来了。今后我们再也不做“忍者神龟”，再也不做“沉默的羔羊”的尊敬的湖北省高级法院院长游劝荣2019年7月22日强调要做到“六个追问”：一是出了什么问题？危害是什么？二是谁干的？还有谁参与？谁为主，谁为次？三是这个错误和问题纠正了没有？什么时候纠正的？如何纠正的？四是追责了没有？五是反思了没有？总结了教训没有？六是亡羊补牢了没有？建立完善了制度没有？全省法院要按照“六个追问”的要求，从严整治，严肃追责，以铁的纪律打造过硬审判队伍，为司法公正提供组织和纪律保障。游院长是在指极个别司法败类故意协助他人故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据等“问题案件”吗？！还是指其它严重违反职业操守和类似套路手段的操作影响了司法的权威和司法的公信力的案件？光明从来无惧黑暗，正义必将压倒邪恶，法律定要严惩罪行。无论是蓄意预谋隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据的参与者还是幕后的策划者、组织者和指挥者，审判就将来到。不让人省心的湖北省法院的沦陷却无人敢查，不仅是对其涉嫌犯罪活动的纵容和鼓励，更是对法制的亵渎和愚弄。谁之过？
为干扰侦查视线而虚构鉴定事实，捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论，显然只是湖北省高院的一家之言，为干扰、误导、阻挠案件调查所进行的司法“勾兑”东窗事发只是时间问题。纵然有些冤案沉积了很久，可即使黑夜再长，终有日出的时刻，而司法败类等作恶分子即使一时得逞，最终的结果仍然是无底深渊。湖北省高院司法败类破坏党内政治生态、滥用职权、玩忽职守帮助犯罪分子逃避处罚的“虚构鉴定事实、捏造鉴定结论”案件的存在对于最高法、最高检来说简直是一个噩梦！因为，所谓天知地知你知我知的勾兑模式，有几个经得起举报、查处、交代、再查处的深挖模式。况且，无论是陈年旧案还是新发案件，无论涉及什么“保护伞”“关系网”，都将查深查透、依纪依法严肃公正处理。“全面从严治党”可不是说着玩的！面对铁的事实，省政法委、省高院一些人的脸会火辣辣吗？是否有愧怍之意？又能否诚恳认错？对类似襄阳揭不开“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票及其鉴定结论”等事实真相“盖子”的反常现象，上级纪委监委要亲自过问，依法采取挂牌督办、提级办理、异地用警、异地羁押等措施、公安、纪检监察“双专班”侦查模式，落实提前介入、同步立案、联合办案、信息反馈等措施，提高办案质效。毕竟，立案侦查是刑事诉讼的起点，也是走向公正的起点。案件之后走向，取决于证据收集情况和司法机关认定。案件何时在正确的路上，中外媒体记者，以及全社会都再耐心等待。然而，省国保总队和襄阳国保支队相关人员缺乏政治敏锐性，在思想上缺了钙、丢了魂未及时将此重要信息向上级部门或领导报告，故意对上敷衍、对下冷漠、对事拖沓，故意不依法履行职责，核查“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票及其鉴定结论”等事实真相后及时“召开听证会公开核查结果”没人提了、如此，大家只能继续猜测：这里面还有猛料啊，究竟是不搭理公众的质疑，还是有什么难言之隐？呼唤公正尽快到来及时彻查司法败类帮助故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据的犯罪分子逃避法律处罚案！竟然没有人继续关心该谁立案了——谁自家吃苍蝇见鬼谁知道！

Dear Sandeep, my compliments to you for a nicely written article. Conventions, Pacts, Agreements, etc is only to hoodwink the common man. Political designs are far different and we the common people will never understand. The saddest part isthat it is humans versus humans. Scary to say the least.

Though in 2005 Ronald Reagan showed great concerned on Virus attack of tomorrow and started lots of research and work to defend but it was not warfare it was advent of Viruses as such as we as human development have created problem for ourselves.

管党治党不力 不敢揪住老问题 严重失职失责 没有紧盯组织部“官油子”新动向
该如何醍醐灌顶才能唤醒“‘能力不足’装睡的湖北省委超良书记”？
——关于第三次提请襄阳市委组织部胡勇复查并召开公开听证会纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查的请示暨再次呼吁袁乃义回避的申请
尊敬的中共中央政治局常委、中纪委书记赵乐际、尊敬的中共中央政治局委员、中央组织部部长、中央书记处书记陈希、尊敬的中央政治局委员、中央纪委副书记、国监委主任杨晓渡、尊敬的中共中央政治局委员、中央办公厅主任丁薛祥、尊敬的中央办公厅副主任、中央保密委员会副主任、前国家主席办公室主任陈世炬、尊敬的国务院副秘书长、国家信访局党组书记、局长舒晓琴：
习总书记在甘肃强调：“党的一切工作都是为老百姓利益着想，让老百姓幸福就是党的事业。”如果中央第三巡视组查到的老河口组织部不受理、不出具《“级别认定”信访事项处理意见书》这些问题，省委、襄阳市委组织部几年来都只满足于“纸上整改”，不监督也不落实，所有问题全凭中央、省委巡视组一个一个“回头看”、每年一次“再检查”故意使监督程序“空转”，那政治巡视制度将难以负荷繁重的重复性工作，对襄阳政治生态改善的推进也将步履维艰。既然省高院有捏造“专门鉴定属实”的嚣张，为什么没有道歉的勇气？再次质问省委第十一巡视组世友组长：您走马观花式的巡视过后，监督长期“缺位”、程序经常“空转”，您觉得对得起纳税人的钱吗？！
老河口组织部对巡视发现问题假整改、袁乃义部长为个人私利耍横而故意漠视侵害群众利益破坏政治生态！对群众关心并反映强烈的“级别认定”问题漠然处之，空头承诺，推诿扯皮，对“耍官威”乱象频发原因究竟何在？省纪委不管！一错再错谎话连篇的无政治担当、对党阴奉阳违的老河口组织部乃义部长故意不作为、不担当，用权“任性”到何时？因此强烈要求袁乃义部长主动回避！为何“级别认定”问题巡视组介入调查襄阳市委组织部胡勇部长仍不重视？为何省信访局指令襄阳市委组织部召开市级公开听证会！死猪不怕开水烫的胡勇部长仍不召开市级公开听证会？“最后一公里”到底堵在何处？暴露职能监管“短板”的闹剧何时休？规则意识还要说多久？
中央第三巡视组领导发现老河口市委组织部袁乃义不依法依规出具《“级别认定”信访事项调查处理意见书》并订立攻守同盟，拒绝进行市级公开听证，公然对抗组织审查，省公安厅自觉扛起惩腐打“伞”政治责任收到问题线索后转襄阳市纪委，襄阳市纪委监委不敢管！感谢浙江大学党委书记任少波、校长吴朝晖收到问题线索的举报材料后及时通过浙江大学继续教育学院副院长兼纪委书记周兆农转在浙江大学参加开班学习的襄阳市纪委副书记徐瑞、市纪委常委、市监委委员钱鑫，国信局给出《信访工作责任制实施办法》追责问责典型案例剖析（二）、（五）等指导意见（详见http://www.gjxfj.gov.cn/gjxfj/xxgk/bgt/webinfo/2019/04/1556851709230902.htm类似老河口市委组织部袁乃义因未按照规定受理、办结信访事项，就要承担通报批评和诫勉谈话的法律责任）后，襄阳市纪委监委相关人员政治站位不高、抱着多一事不如少一事的想法，生怕问责给当地“抹黑”“添乱”仍不敢管！奢谈“准确把握诫勉谈话的尺度和温度”、“诫勉之要在于触及乃义部长灵魂”！请问媒体记者：咋办？！省委超良书记、襄阳市委乐成书记，咋办？！长期装聋作哑，不闻、不问、不管，并没有把全面从严治党真正放在重要位置、自觉做到“两个维护”，有损书记形象令人瞠目结舌！不仅违背了我们党的宗旨，更严重影响了党的形象，损害了群众对党的信任与拥护！舆情不是敌情，监督不是作对，媒体是社会的警报器，若动辄以“封、捂、堵、压、瞒”态度拒斥舆论监督，那终归只是遮蔽问题而非解决问题，当问题遮蔽成习继而越积越深，那只会成为更大的“负面”。中央纪委国家监委机关公布专项整治漠视侵害群众利益问题监督举报方式，声称是为方便群众参与监督和反映问题，如果不是假把式？！谁有本事叫醒装睡的省委超良书记和襄阳市委乐成书记？！别抱鸵鸟心态当起了“甩手掌柜”要以强烈的政治担当、坚决的斗争精神抓紧抓实，真刀真枪解决问题；要突出政治警示，增强政治自觉，聚焦信访矛盾化解，狠抓源头预防、积案化解和多元联动，依法维护群众合法权益避免选择性执法、随意性执法、钓鱼式执法、舆情防范和处置误区和死地并大胆管一管下属对群众提出的合理合法诉求要按鄂信发〔2017〕26号文件规定的格式和要素提出明确的处理意见！切实使诫勉对象袁乃义思想有震动、灵魂受触动心服口服，才能真正认错、改错。
2019年8月6日和同年12月10日上午老河口市政府截访人张杰明确告知，中央政法委机关党建，明显存在“灯下黑”、怕躲推、虚飘浮、“打伞破网”欺软怕硬、监督执纪问责走过场和党建与业务“两张皮”问题。全国扫黑办明知省法院司法败类是身残志坚，双目失明了还坚持睁着眼睛说“专门鉴定属实”的瞎话的道德低下的“货色”，故意拍卖良知，亵渎公职人员的身份。省法院司法败类玩忽职守，不认真落实上级要求、若不是眼瞎就是心坏，明知公安通过侦查获知目击证人陈国英已指认杨元庆故意毁灭0087048号发票证据，为干扰、误导、阻挠案件调查，向上级汇报时隐瞒重要证据和线索触犯了众怒，导致该案长期未能侦破，否则不会胆大妄为说出这样颠倒黑白，捏造事实的话来的。可见，省法院司法败类不仅没有任何的道歉意思，还来继续挑战底线……实现正义不是自说自话, “如果捏造的‘专门鉴定属实’鉴定结论报告对省高院司法败类有利，省高院司法败类怎会不公开？不公开法律文书文号说明了啥？明明我们老河口市信访局相关领导揪住了老河口市法院极个别司法败类故意协助他人故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据等“问题案件”的狐狸尾巴！揪住了湖北省高院鄂法（83）刑二申字第24号《通知》中司法败类尽情自嗨不惜虚构鉴定事实，只敢捏造“专门鉴定属实”的所谓鉴定结论糊弄官僚政客，毕竟心虚胆寒不敢更进一步捏造该鉴定结论法律文书的文号的狐狸尾巴！媒体记者、尊敬的中央办公厅丁薛祥主任、尊敬的中央办公厅陈世炬主任、省国保总队和襄阳国保支队相关人员都诘问人面兽心的湖北省高级法院一小撮人模狗样的司法败类：“谁能拿人格保证涉案‘0087048号原始发票’现身后经鉴定不是卖砖人所开的”？！真当省委超良书记、省纪委立山书记、瑞连部长、襄阳市委乐成书记、市长郄英才、纪委义斌书记和胡勇部长是白痴吗？做贼心虚拒绝回答、拒绝公开羞辱了谁？无论一九七九年的《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第三十四条还是二零一八年《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第五十四条都规定“凡是伪造证据、隐匿证据或者毁灭证据的，无论属于何方，必须受法律追究。”这里故意隐匿或者毁灭0087048号发票证据的，究竟“属于何方”？省法院司法败类心知肚明！“必须受法律追究”，有商量、讨价还价的余地吗？！彻底把案件搅浑的湖北省高级法院一小撮司法败类在以鄂法（83）刑二申字第24号“半夜鸡叫”式“坑官”的通知、老河口市委、政府等人依旧保持着对司法败类马首是瞻的一贯嘴脸故意糊弄中共中央办公厅的“半夜鸡叫”式的报告，这有何深意？难道不是在刻意淡化乃至逃避网友关注的嫌疑吗？正告湖北省高级法院极个别人模狗样的司法败类不要玩火，隐蔽性再强，终会露出破绽；幌子再好，也躲不过纪法的严查。很可惜，中央办公厅副主任、前国家主席办公室主任陈世炬兼国家主席办公室主任期间，责任意识不强、工作作风漂浮，停留于“轮流圈阅”“层层转发”、以文件落实文件，没有一锤锤持续用力敲下去让坏人钻了空子。尊敬的世炬主任、尊敬的薛祥主任现在知道老河口市委、政府等人依旧保持着对法院司法败类马首是瞻的一贯嘴脸故意糊弄中共中央办公厅的丑行后，让襄阳市委书记李乐成、市长郄英才、政法委书记冯艳飞、组织部部长胡勇和纪委书记吕义斌重新向中共中央办公厅报告或把关过目，肯定会将“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票及其鉴定结论等事实真相”大白于天下。毕竟，只要媒体记者一戳到官德与其外表不匹配的湖北省高级法院司法败类“虚构鉴定事实，捏造‘专门鉴定属实’的鉴定结论”这个“死穴”，他就人格扭曲，公然粉饰和包庇故意隐匿或者毁灭0087048号发票证据的不法行为甚至顾左右而言他，这种双标的行为让人不耻！如果幻想指望由擅长制造冤假错案的司法败类来平反冤假错案，那就等于请狐狸来看守鸡窝，简直太荒谬了。故意谎报情况，隐藏、遮掩问题背后有啥猫腻？”法不可欺。“有黑必有伞，有伞必有网”，为使每一起案件都经得起法律衡量，中央政法委应大胆触及到省法院司法败类的逆鳞，迅速敲定“时间表”、厘清“责任人”，加大查处力度, 稳住高压态势、稳住惩治力度、持续精准发力，提级处置及时牵头中央纪检监察机关会同检察机关、公安机关，穷尽式调查获取关键线索并深挖彻查湖北省法院“帮助故意隐匿或毁灭‘据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票’证据的犯罪分子逃避法律处罚案”背后的“保护伞”“关系网”！
2019年10月30日上午襄阳市委组织部胡姓工作人员明确告知，德不配位的袁乃义好日子到头了！我们襄阳市委组织部要求老河口组织部乃义部长按干部管理权限、依法逐级走访和依法分类处理信访诉求工作规则、若你的“级别认定”诉求既有事实依据又有政策法律依据应予以支持，及时确定你的“级别认定”信访诉求究竟是“副科”？还是“正科”？！若不支持你的“级别认定”诉求即不能“认定级别”，阐明究竟是属于缺乏事实依据，还是缺乏法律、政策依据，还是既缺乏事实依据又缺乏法律、政策依据这三种情况之中的哪一种？出具《“级别认定”信访事项处理意见书》即可，如此简单的问题，可外表嚣张经常牵着老河口市委书记张学林、市长王燮耀、政法委书记王岩和纪委书记黄光强鼻子走、德不配位、内里虚弱的袁乃义这个“搅屎棍”本应低调一些，却偏要喜欢“没事找事”作死、刷存在感而违反常识和鄂信发〔2017〕26号文件规定的格式和要素，公开顶风违纪违法、推诿扯皮就不履行“认定级别”职责、拒绝向信访人出具《“级别认定”信访事项调查处理意见书》故意闹事惹人注目，乃义部长擅权妄为严重破坏了襄阳的政治生态“作死”到人尽皆知，报告给我们襄阳市委组织部的材料，根本曝不得光，经不住查，我们襄阳市委组织部胡勇部长再三暗示任何人包括云媒体记者不得提有关召开市级公开听证会的事宜！老河口、襄阳“东厂”锦衣卫与我们组织部是通的，毕竟组织部有考核他们领导的权力。我们当即指出乃义部长的错误认识，老河口、襄阳纪委监委怎么能类比成明朝“东厂”锦衣卫？！况且，2019年5月22日，襄阳市纪委义斌书记在老河口强调：要对巡视巡查移交的问题，及时整改到位，迅速抓好落实。同年同月28日老河口市委学林书记强调：要学会换位思考，对群众反映的正常诉求，能尽快解决的要尽快解决和及时兑现……绝不能含糊其辞，更不能推诿扯皮。坚信老河口、襄阳纪委监委在处理检举控告，纪检监察机关及其工作人员不会私自留存涉及纪律审查方面的资料；不至于纪法意识淡漠，毫无敬畏之心“上下一般粗”任性地答复为“您反映问题的电子邮件本网站已收到”后管党治党不力，严重失职失责长期不“反馈”处理结果！更离谱的是，国信局给出《信访工作责任制实施办法》追责问责典型案例剖析（二）、（五）等指导意见；省纪委“一案三反馈” (即对信访举报及时进行受理反馈、办理反馈和结果反馈)破解信访梗阻深得民心。针对老河口市委组织部袁乃义、省高院司法败类的拙劣表演充分暴露出其不可告人的险恶用心和故意破坏湖北政治生态的政治企图。如若老河口、襄阳纪委监委仍有人侵犯群众知情权，“热衷于站队进圈”，大搞“政治攀附”丢弃、隐匿信访材料损害群众利益而不能幡然醒悟，势必玩火自焚！鉴于老河口市委组织部袁乃义不依法依规出具《“级别认定”信访事项调查处理意见书》并订立攻守同盟；公然采用“萝卜招聘”手段，违反组织人事纪律，将女儿袁杨招聘到老河口市财政局工作一事被举报后怀恨在心，办理信访事项推诿、敷衍、拖延、渎职、失职，弄虚作假，打击报复信访人并拒绝进行市级公开听证，公然对抗组织审查。故对与信访事项有直接利害关系的袁乃义提出回避请求，再次依法申请襄阳市委组织部和国保支队公开听证。
我们襄阳市委组织部和国保支队要感谢陈国英的诚实和勇敢！反映问题被当捅娄子的目击证人陈国英到底动了谁的奶酪？时任省纪委书记宋育英敏锐地发现：擅长随意拿捏“勾兑”的省高院司法败类虚构鉴定事实，捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论的司马昭之心，遮不了世人的眼睛！也彻底把案件搅浑的湖北省高级法院一小撮司法败类在以鄂法（83）刑二申字第24号“半夜鸡叫”式“坑官”的通知是如何出炉的？这有何深意？喜欢带节奏的省高院司法败类缺乏政治站位一边为故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号原始发票的犯罪分子撑腰打气打掩护，一边歪曲事实制造对立的“湖北省高级法院一小撮司法败类合伙故意帮助故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号原始发票的犯罪分子逃避法律处罚”案。所以这里面就有个疑问，因此把这个“专门鉴定属实”的讯息放出来，可能就是为了抵销公安和检察院紧盯“故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号发票证据”这个目标。罔顾事实真相，执意给“故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号发票证据”的犯罪分子撑腰打气一颗定心丸。以便给“故意隐匿或毁灭0087048号发票证据”案系上死结。果不其然，拥有省高院司法败类“官方背书”后，犯罪嫌疑人杨元庆也不承认故意毁灭0087048号原始发票证据的事实，以“因工作不慎遗失发票一张”来搪塞是必然的，也是高调的！喜欢带节奏的省高院司法败类“虚构鉴定事实、捏造鉴定结论”事件，为何会假得如此低级和离谱呢？而湖北媒体、公安、检察机关和纪检监察部门，又为啥连这么一个最基本的问题，都没看出来呢？带着疑问，省纪委育英书记对指认杨元庆故意毁灭0087048号发票证据的目击证人陈国英进行了调查取证。魔幻的是，襄阳公安和检察院不愿意拓宽问题线索来源渠道却采用了最糟糕的方式。当面对举报的不同意见时，率先想的是为冤假错案“捂盖子”，把问题扼杀在萌芽之中故意不去调查犯罪嫌疑人杨元庆，反而围着陈国英为何捅“专门鉴定属实”马蜂窝反复调查，致使证人陈国英很快死亡、线索及时掐断，让人费解，但捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论特别是鉴定法律文书文号依然是“不能说的秘密”。然而，襄阳公安和检察院相关人员可能没有想过，盖子即便捂上了，问题还是没有解决。毕竟，解决问题是关键，何必去解决提出问题的人？！而且万一没捂好，就会像目前一样，把自己架在舆情的大火上烤。建议湖北三级法院方陪同杨元庆前去公安机关配合投诉调查，并恳请嫌疑人杨元庆、省高院扬言“专门鉴定属实”的事主和其他能提供资料的人提供证据，《刑事诉讼法》第六十条规定：“凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。”提供真实的证词，是公民的义务。尽快让警方寻找出真相，况且，襄阳警方表示，将以非常认真和高敏感性的态度处理故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”案，公平公正调查后向媒体和公众公开核查结果！可惜的是，老河口公安“此事非公安事由，公安机关不予受理”在公通字【2017】6号文件第四十三条规定下的抹案企图终究没能如愿却大有玄机！假如紧盯不放、不破不休的襄阳警方从来没有放弃，此案在继续侦办中且经公安、检察机关前期侦查及近期补充侦查，涉事地点明确，涉事人物清晰，为何迟迟调查不清楚？这么长时间，是在调查事件，还是谋划公关对策？省委超良书记、瑞连部长、襄阳市委乐成书记和胡勇部长都知道：冤案始作俑者杨元庆当时的作案手法与省高院司法败类虚构鉴定事实，捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论却不拿出“专门鉴定属实”法律文书的此案极其相似。公众在追问，有关部门不能不察。省高院司法败类必须回答：“那你有没有‘专门鉴定属实’法律文书？还是将其甩锅给警察毁灭了你的‘专门鉴定属实’法律文书？”还是警察愿意冒着极大的法律和舆论风险指导你毁灭了你的“专门鉴定属实”法律文书？回首《毛泽东年谱》第四卷第78页有关毛泽东同时任湖北省委第一书记王任重谈话。毛泽东说：“不向我反映情况，我才最累。你把湖北的真实情况告诉我，我就不累了。”巧合的是，中共中央办公厅作为中央的综合部门，是重要政治机关不愿意两次掉进了同一条河流陷入“政令出不了中南海”的怪圈。深感：司法是人心的风向标，怎么判就会导致怎么干，被省高院司法败类吹上天的“专门鉴定属实”水到底有多深？公安、检察、法院和纪委不会不知。知而不弃，这其中道理何在呢？为何“顶风而上”有错不改背后到底是什么原因？“省高院‘虚构鉴定事实，捏造鉴定结论’的水”有多深，其实并不是最难的问题，更要追问管理者有没有尽到应有的担当。湖北省高院“专门鉴定属实”后据以定罪量刑的0087048号原始发票丢失、扬言“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论的法律文书丢失，法律文书及文号成了一场“乌龙”等问题既然已经发生，及时纠正和治理才是迫在眉睫的事。“省高院‘虚构鉴定事实，捏造鉴定结论’是表象，不讲政治是根本。”所以，将日理万机的时任国家主席的胡锦涛收到你父亲的《刑事申诉状》和《举报信》后，在考察途中由中共中央办公厅从江西发函到老河口市政府并要求报告调查处理结果。更离谱的是，当时任老河口市委常委相关人员领导不力，政治站位不高缺乏政治担当和斗争精神，不敢动真碰硬，姑息纵容，政治意识、法治意识严重缺失、责任意识淡薄咬紧牙关就是不提0087048发票究竟是故意隐匿还是故意毁灭？政府相关人员“搔不着痒处”对党中央决策部署理解不深不透，中央办公厅的明确要求选择性执行，对党不忠诚、不老实毫无大局观念，本应对蓄意预谋隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据，主观恶性极深的事件彻查后如实上报中央办公厅，却违背我们党的宗旨，更严重影响党的形象，损害群众对党的信任与拥护故意以“徐祥生，‘查无此人’”代替对案件事实真相调查核实进行搪塞！结果是乱了规则，也寒了人心，给中央办公厅和中央纪委都上了一课。坏人不可怕，因为法网恢恢疏而不漏；恶人不可怕，因为天理昭昭正义必胜；但知法懂法不守法、有反侦察能力、身披“合法外衣”的黑恶势力之徒真的可怕，他会穷尽一切手段，动用一切关系，经常纠集他人，有预谋、有组织、有章法的实施违法犯罪活动，既难预防，也难一网打尽。省国保总队和襄阳国保支队就发现了更为棘手的问题：故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票” 甚嚣尘上舆情沸腾得像一口烧滚了的油锅。正当湖北省高院极个别司法败类莫不以为非作歹、以搞司法“勾兑”为能事最后鼓包露馅被揭穿后而坐立不安时，省高院有些人果然坐不住了。2019年7月31日省法院党组书记、院长游劝荣表态，千万不要低估全省法院系统工作和干部队伍中存在的突出问题及其严重性，千万不要低估从严治党……为这口油锅扔进了一粒火星。但事实却一次次证明，搞“帮助故意隐匿或毁灭‘据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票’证据的犯罪分子逃避法律处罚案”是条不折不扣的不归路。殊不知，自作孽不可活，天网恢恢疏而不漏，等待这些司法败类的必将是法律之剑。果然该来的，始终还是来了。今后我们再也不做“忍者神龟”，再也不做“沉默的羔羊”的尊敬的湖北省高级法院院长游劝荣2019年7月22日强调要做到“六个追问”：一是出了什么问题？危害是什么？二是谁干的？还有谁参与？谁为主，谁为次？三是这个错误和问题纠正了没有？什么时候纠正的？如何纠正的？四是追责了没有？五是反思了没有？总结了教训没有？六是亡羊补牢了没有？建立完善了制度没有？全省法院要按照“六个追问”的要求，从严整治，严肃追责，以铁的纪律打造过硬审判队伍，为司法公正提供组织和纪律保障。游院长是在指极个别司法败类故意协助他人故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据等“问题案件”吗？！还是指其它严重违反职业操守和类似套路手段的操作影响了司法的权威和司法的公信力的案件？光明从来无惧黑暗，正义必将压倒邪恶，法律定要严惩罪行。无论是蓄意预谋隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据的参与者还是幕后的策划者、组织者和指挥者，审判就将来到。不让人省心的湖北省法院的沦陷却无人敢查，不仅是对其涉嫌犯罪活动的纵容和鼓励，更是对法制的亵渎和愚弄。谁之过？
为干扰侦查视线而虚构鉴定事实，捏造“专门鉴定属实”的鉴定结论，显然只是湖北省高院的一家之言，为干扰、误导、阻挠案件调查所进行的司法“勾兑”东窗事发只是时间问题。纵然有些冤案沉积了很久，可即使黑夜再长，终有日出的时刻，而司法败类等作恶分子即使一时得逞，最终的结果仍然是无底深渊。湖北省高院司法败类破坏党内政治生态、滥用职权、玩忽职守帮助犯罪分子逃避处罚的“虚构鉴定事实、捏造鉴定结论”案件的存在对于最高法、最高检来说简直是一个噩梦！因为，所谓天知地知你知我知的勾兑模式，有几个经得起举报、查处、交代、再查处的深挖模式。况且，无论是陈年旧案还是新发案件，无论涉及什么“保护伞”“关系网”，都将查深查透、依纪依法严肃公正处理。“全面从严治党”可不是说着玩的！面对铁的事实，省政法委、省高院一些人的脸会火辣辣吗？是否有愧怍之意？又能否诚恳认错？对类似襄阳揭不开“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票及其鉴定结论”等事实真相“盖子”的反常现象，上级纪委监委要亲自过问，依法采取挂牌督办、提级办理、异地用警、异地羁押等措施、公安、纪检监察“双专班”侦查模式，落实提前介入、同步立案、联合办案、信息反馈等措施，提高办案质效。毕竟，立案侦查是刑事诉讼的起点，也是走向公正的起点。案件之后走向，取决于证据收集情况和司法机关认定。案件何时在正确的路上，中外媒体记者，以及全社会都再耐心等待。然而，省国保总队和襄阳国保支队相关人员缺乏政治敏锐性，在思想上缺了钙、丢了魂未及时将此重要信息向上级部门或领导报告，故意对上敷衍、对下冷漠、对事拖沓，故意不依法履行职责，核查“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票及其鉴定结论”等事实真相后及时“召开听证会公开核查结果”没人提了、如此，大家只能继续猜测：这里面还有猛料啊，究竟是不搭理公众的质疑，还是有什么难言之隐？呼唤公正尽快到来及时彻查司法败类帮助故意隐匿或毁灭“据以定罪量刑的涉案的0087048号原始发票”证据的犯罪分子逃避法律处罚案！竟然没有人继续关心该谁立案了——谁自家吃苍蝇见鬼谁知道！
