As of today, the Indian Navy operates 23 air squadrons, over 300 aircraft, two aircraft carriers, and approximately 5,000 personnel. That is a major force multiplier for the Indian Navy. These forces rule the Indian Ocean, protecting the Indian interests.

India would be a $30 trillion economy by 2047 and to achieve that economic target, a strong naval airpower is utmost important.
